What You’ll Do:

• Keep the front line, dining room, bathrooms, and patio areas clean and organized.
• Restock utensils, napkins, beverage stations, and bathrooms as needed.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of the menu to effectively communicate ingredients and dietary information to guests.
• Operate the POS register to complete customer transactions.
• Greet guests, guide them through the ordering process, and assist with online orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the online-ordering pick-up area and help guests locate their orders.
• Assist with utility tasks and dishwashing.
• Ensure adherence to Saigon Hustle’s safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store or upper management.
• Operate the drive-thru using headsets and POS systems.
• Coordinate with the Expo station to ensure timely order preparation.
• Maintain menu knowledge and communicate options, including dietary and allergy restrictions.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Valid Food Handler's Card required.
