The role - Junior Sous Chef
We have a superb opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join an entire team of well-established chefs. You would need experience working in a high-volume restaurant serving fresh food. As Junior Sous Chef, you must have two years of experience working at a Chef de Partie level. This position may suit a Senior Chef de Partie looking for their first Junior Sous role.
Uplift Period (1st June - 31st September 2022)
During the summer, we offer an uplift to your regular Hourly rate. This will be an Extra £2 an hour. This is included in the advertised amount.
Shift Pattern
Shifts over 5 Days varied from over 50 hours max:
Ø 1000 – 2200
Ø 1000 – 1530 / 1730 – 2200
Ø 0600 – 1700
