Sous Chef Opportunity at Rockfish
We’re seeking a Sous chef to join the opening team for our newest Rockfish restaurant in the stunning coastal town of Salcombe, Devon!

BASIC SALARY IS £37,000 PER ANNUM. ON TOP OF THIS YOU WILL BE PAID FOR ALL OVERTIME WORKED AND £5-6K ON TOP OF YOUR SALARLY IN TIPS AND GRATUITIES!
About the Role
As a Sous Chef, you will:
Cook exceptional dishes using the freshest seafood.
Lead the service and mentor a talented kitchen team.
Ensure every plate meets our Rockfish standards.
Manage resources to minimise waste and control costs.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
