Assistant Manager Opportunity at Rockfish

We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to join the opening team for our newest Rockfish restaurant in the stunning coastal town of Salcombe, Devon

BASIC SALARY FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER IS £37,000 PER ANNUM. ON TOP OF THIS YOU WILL BE PAID FOR ALL OVERTIME WORKED AND £5-6K ON TOP OF YOUR SALARLY IN TIPS AND GRATUITIES! 

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Support the General Manager day to day and take ownership of the business in their absence

  • Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience

  • Mentor and support the the team in their training and career development

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
