We’re gearing up to open our brand new Rockfish restaurant in the stunning coastal town of Salcombe, Devon, and we’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor  / Manager in training to join our opening team.

About the Role

As a Manager in training, you’ll work closely with the management team to:

  • Support the smooth running of the restaurant, day to day
  • Lead by example in delivering warm, memorable guest experiences
  • Mentor and support team members through training and development
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Supervise the responsible service of alcohol

    This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career—someone with energy, great leadership instincts, and a true passion for people and food.
