How we support you?

What to expect?

This package is £15.50 per hour basic plus approximately £3 tronc per hour +tips and overtime!  

  • We pay salaries monthly but tronc and tips on a weekly basis via our external troncmaster  Tip Jar, - so you can earn and access your cash quicker!  

  • This is a casual role working is across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.  

  • We're are lunch and dinner dining restaurant meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts determined by the rota.  

  • Christmas off, our sites are closed Christmas eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day 

  • We'll provide the crew t-shirts 

  • We're not about extra hours, but if they're ever needed, overtime is paid. 

  • Enjoy your birthday off every year!  

  • Enjoy 28 days paid holiday (Pro-rata) based on your working hours.   

  • 4-week paid sabbatical after 10 years!

As Manager in Training, you will support the General and Assistant Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way. You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential, ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, ‘Care, Community and Connection’. You will maintain high standards in food safety, health and safety, stock control, cost and waste management. As a new Rockfish Manager in Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we will continue to develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us. You will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
