As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant's smooth operation and overall success. You will assist with daily operations, manage staff, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver exceptional guest and team experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programmes are followed and completed on time.
  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
  • The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant.
  • Monitor budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorised and budgeted.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food preparation, serving, and building maintenance.
