The Chef de Partie reports to the Head Chef.

As a Chef de Partie, we would love you to have:

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, quality restaurant

• Experience running a fresh pasta section, including dough production, shaping, and sauces

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Full ownership of your section

• Good English communication skills with a willingness to learn

• Ability to follow recipes, processes, and standards

• Drive and ambition with a desire to grow within the team

• Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in the UK
