The Position

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organised self-starter.

The role of Marketing Manager will act as a brand guardian for Tewinbury, learning and understanding our positioning, our audience, and our personality.

We’ll need you to immerse yourself in the marketplace and be on top of what our competitors are doing, what consumers are loving and evaluating how we can use this insight to innovate our own thinking.

This is more than a role; it's a chance for our Marketing Manager to shape the future of Tewinbury Farm Hotel. Your contributions will directly impact our growth trajectory and solidify your position as a driving force in the industry.

What you’ll do to day

  • Work with the operations and sales teams on various projects, which can include concept research, new partnerships & exciting events.
  • Work with our other teams to develop consistent brand tools, guidelines and collateral that reinforce the Tewinbury way and brand DNA.
  • Collaborate in launching upcoming projects such as spa & wellness, glamping site & members club.
  • Coordinate and promote brand awareness & social campaigns.
  • Liaise and organise third-party photographers and videographers for content to be in line with the brand.
  • Coordinate external service providers to be in line with our brand – digital & PR advisors for example.
  • Managing the hotel’s membership platform & community – creating an engaged and vibrant group
  • Working with our sales & events team to lead member and guest events across the hotel – for example, foraging dinners in our kitchen garden, cinema nights & artist talks.
  • Sourcing new event ideas from external sources – reaching out to creative locals & managing those relationships. This is an open book – we consider all types of events – the quirkier & more unique the better!
  • Staying up to date with digital technology trends
  • Reporting to the MD, GM & Sales Director on a weekly basis

What we’re looking for…

  • You'll come with relevant Marketing manager experience ideally from within the hospitality industry.
  • Our marketing manager will be flexible and able to work harmoniously with multiple stake holders.
  • You’re passionate about getting the Tewinbury brand out in the world!
  • Someone who has the ‘get up & go’ attitude networking, build relationships & build our brand will come naturally.
