Venue Sales & Events Coordinator

We are an independent family run luxury venue set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside with multiple restaurants, a farm shop, picture house, events spaces, a festival field and a hotel.

Are you passionate about events and love turning enquiries into unforgettable experiences? We’re on the hunt for an energetic and driven Venue Sales & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team! 

This a fixed contract for 5 months, starting in September, doing 30 hrs a week. You will support our busy sales and events team in the run up and through the busy Christmas period. The hours can be arranged in a flexible way to suit other commitments so long as it is day time hours.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive Bookings: Proactively promote and sell our venues to potential clients – from corporate meetings to private parties and everything in between
  • Showcase the Magic: Conduct engaging appointments and show rounds to showcase our spaces and leave a lasting impression on prospective clients.
  • Stay on Top of the Details: Manage all associated administration with precision – including confirmation letters, email responses, chasing provisional bookings, sending pro forma invoices, and finalising event details.
  • Festive Fun: Get involved in the exciting planning and coordination of our legendary Christmas parties – helping us create memorable seasonal celebrations!

  • A natural flair for sales and client engagement
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Passion for events and hospitality
  • A proactive attitude and team spirit
