Marketing Coordinator
Full Time · Based at Tewinbury, Hertfordshire

We’re on the lookout for a warm, creative and can-do person to join us at Tewinbury – our family-run hotel, restaurant and event space nestled in the Hertfordshire countryside. Think nature, good food, thoughtful design and the kind of place where everyone feels welcome.

This is a Marketing Coordinator role – a unique blend of guest experience, organisation and creative storytelling. You’ll be helping to manage our day-to-day relationship with our external reservations team, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and working closely with our Marketing Manager on all sorts of exciting projects – from social media to menus and seasonal campaigns.

We’re not fussed about what’s on your CV. We hire for personality, passion and potential – everything else can be learnt on the job.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being a key point of contact between our team and our external reservations company
  • Updating internal systems and making sure guest info is spot-on
  • Designing and refreshing menus and other in-house print materials
  • Helping create and schedule content for our social media channels
  • Supporting our Marketing Manager with events, photoshoots, launches and everything in between
  • Getting involved with creative ideas to bring the Tewinbury brand to life

You might be someone who:

  • Is organised, positive and naturally friendly
  • Has a great eye for detail and design (Canva skills = a big plus)
  • Loves social media and has a feel for what makes great content
  • Isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
  • Wants to grow with a business that genuinely cares about its people and its place
