Job Title: Maternity Cover – Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator
Location: Northbrook Park, Farnham, Surrey
Contract Type: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover – approx. 9–12 months)
Working Hours: Full-time, including some evenings and weekends as required

Known for its stunning Grade II listed manor house, elegant Orangery, and picturesque grounds, Northbrook Park hosts bespoke weddings and private events year-round, offering unforgettable experiences with exceptional service.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a maternity cover contract. You will be the first point of contact for prospective couples and clients, guiding them from their initial enquiry through to confirmed bookings. Your role will involve showcasing the venue, managing leads, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring every event is planned to perfection.
Manage incoming wedding and event enquiries (email, phone, and in-person).
Conduct show rounds of the venue for prospective clients, providing expert knowledge and a warm welcome.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, consistently meeting sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the planning journey.
Maintain accurate booking records and documentation using CRM systems.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event coordination.
Assist in the planning and delivery of open days, showcases, and promotional events.
Provide administrative support including contracts, invoicing, and client correspondence.
Uphold the brand standards of Northbrook Park in every interaction.
Essential:
Proven experience in wedding and/or event coordination or sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Sales-driven with a warm, customer-focused approach.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as per client requirements.
Desirable:
Experience working in a venue-based environment.
Familiarity with the wedding and events industry in the Surrey/Hampshire area.
Knowledge of event planning logistics and best practices.
