What you’ll do

As a Sales executive, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Proactively sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments
  • Introduce new clients, whilst maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels
  • Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments, and with the proactive sales team meet and exceed annual hotels’ budgets
  • Have a clear understanding of broad hotel goals

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Sales Executive, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30 and may be subjected to change.

  • Well organized and priority focused. You know our hotels and are our brand ambassador. Ability to work under own initiative and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Very resilient & proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, especially excel. Well-rounded management and operational troubleshooting and problem solving techniques. Perfectionist with eye for detail comfortable with all social environments.
  • You have a talent for defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
  • English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language
