What you'll do
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the digital strategy for The Dorchester, Coworth Park, and 45 Park Lane - three of the UK’s most prestigious luxury properties within the Dorchester Collection. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring each property is represented with distinction across digital platforms, maximising visibility, guest engagement, and campaign performance. In this role, you will:
Serve as the digital lead for all three UK properties, working to enhance online visibility, drive digital growth, and maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Develop, implement, and analyse digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media with a focus on ROI, guest retention, and brand awareness.
Oversee the management of digital content, ensuring all online literature and websites are updated, brand-aligned, and optimised for performance.
Collaborate closely with Dorchester Collection’s corporate digital team, contributing to and implementing UK-specific strategies for SEO, paid search, and paid social media, including budget control.
Lead the CRM campaign calendar in partnership with the corporate team, ensuring timely and effective guest communications.
Compile, interpret, and report on performance analytics, identifying opportunities for optimisation, innovation, and improved efficiencies across all channels.
Work collaboratively with on-property revenue teams to ensure digital strategies align with guest behaviour trends, booking data, and broader commercial objectives.
Oversee digital budget management, ensuring spending is efficient and impact-driven.
Manage and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and creativity in digital execution.
You will play a key role in connecting the world with our legendary guest experience - telling our story through digital innovation, analytical insight, and brand authenticity.
What you'll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns across paid search, SEO, paid social, and CRM.
Strong working knowledge of GA4, digital analytics tools, and reporting methodologies.
Experience managing and analysing CRM campaigns, using data to drive targeted communications and retention strategies.
Proficiency with content management systems, such as Umbraco or similar platforms.
Ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and optimise performance across digital channels.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English, with the ability to engage confidently with teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
Previous experience working with global or multi-property brands.
Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and how it translates to digital storytelling.
A blend of creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop ideas and measure their impact.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, bridging corporate strategy with local property-level execution.
