What you'll do

As a Revenue Manager you'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests. Here are some of the other duties you will be responsible for:

  • Review the daily pick-up by hotel at least twice per day looking at the current month and the next two months while identifying daily shifts in demand looking for ‘peaks and troughs’ and then reviewing the strategy in IDeaS and in the PMS to make sure we are maximizing all opportunities
  • Produce daily & weekly reports for each hotel, ensuring data accuracy and consistency of delivery. Flag and escalate any data quality issues.
  • Update IDeaS RMS & Cognos (Finance) systems are updated with Budget and Forecast changes

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in Revenue Management within 5 star Luxury hospitality
  • Trainings and or certifications in Analysis, Revenue Management and Sales an asset
  • Previous knowledge of hotel systems preferably to include GDS, PMS, Revenue Management, Group and Analytical systems and software such as SynXis, Opera, IDeaS
  • Strong verbal communication skills and be well presented
  • Passion to the role and the team and unique personality
  • Ability to empower team members to deliver bespoke services to all guests
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel
