What you'll do

As a Revenue Manager (12-month FTC, Maternity Cover), you’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our colleagues & our guests:

  • You will be responsible for Revenue Managers are responsible for maximising rooms revenue during their day. This will include  accurate forecasting, rate management and optimising the channel and market mix. 

  • The Revenue Manager is to implement revenue management strategies and processes, in order to optimise and maximise revenues throughout the hotel supporting the Area Director of Revenue, primarily for rooms’ revenue by monitoring demands, trends and market conditions. To facilitate smooth and effective communication with all departments to ensuring a seamless, highly satisfactory and incomparable service.

  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests involving special rates for long stays or corporate agreements and even special occasions.

What you'll bring

  • Previous revenue management experience is essential  

  • Previous knowledge of hotel systems preferably to include GDS, PMS, Revenue Management, Group and Analytical systems and software such as SynXis, Opera, IDeaS an asset

  • Highly computer literate, skilled and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Visual Basic & Pivot Tables)

  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
