We’re currently seeking a driven, dynamic, and globally minded Sales Manager – MICE UK to lead our MICE strategy for the US and Canadian markets across our iconic London hotels: ME London, Meliá White House, and Meliá London Kensington.
What You’ll Do:
As our Sales Manager – MICE, you will:
Lead new business development and manage existing MICE accounts focused on the US and Canada.
Execute the MICE sales strategy to deliver on revenue targets and occupancy goals across our London hotel cluster.
Represent Meliá at international events, industry roadshows, fam trips, and networking opportunities to grow brand presence and drive inbound MICE business.
Collaborate with the Revenue, Groups & Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.
Analyse performance metrics and market trends to shape proactive sales actions and pricing strategies.
Support business planning, reporting, and forecasting to help drive long-term growth and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years’ experience in hotel sales (4* or 5* environment)
Strong understanding of the MICE segment
Confident in international business development, with the flexibility to travel as needed
Familiarity with FOCUS or similar CRM/sales systems
Professional fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
A proactive, passionate, and people-focused individual who thrives in a global hospitality setting
