Location: London, UK

Salary: Competitive + 10% bonus + benefits


Mission

As a Groups & Events Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business performance by managing group and event enquiries, maximising conversion, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will support the department in achieving revenue targets while ensuring seamless coordination between clients and operational teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage group and event enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation, ensuring profitable outcomes
  • Support the planning and organisation of the Groups & Events function alongside senior leadership
  • Conduct hotel show rounds and actively promote the property to prospective clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handover and flawless event execution
  • Maintain and update booking systems, contracts, and client records accurately
  • Monitor and manage the groups and events diary to optimise occupancy and revenue
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving departmental targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle enquiries or concerns professionally

What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in a similar sales or hospitality role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Opera or similar systems (desirable)
  • A sales-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • A positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented approach
