  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information, sales activity and business opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with Groups & Events, Revenue Management, hotel Operations, GSO and Meliá MICE colleagues globally to deliver seamless client experiences and maximise commercial opportunities.

  • Excellent account management, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident analysing sales performance, conversion, market trends and business forecasts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with strong attention to data accuracy.
