Our 101-bedroom hotel will delight guests with a sense of curiosity and wonder, reflecting the rich heritage of the building’s former life.

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the sales team and play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns and supporting business growth.

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the sales team and play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns and supporting business growth.
This
is the ideal role for someone wanting to develop a career in hotel sales, marketing
and PR. While the primary responsibilities are administrative, you will gain
exposure to both reactive and proactive sales, as well as an understanding of
all market sectors, data analysis, third-party marketing, newsletters and email
marketing and the gift voucher platform.
Here’s what the role is all about:
• Supporting the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring performance and preparing reports and insights.
• Assisting with creating content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Assisting with events, partnerships, and guest engagement initiatives.
• Managing calendars, deadlines, and campaign schedules.
• Providing admin support to the sales and marketing team.
We need you to have the following:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A creative eye and confidence with content creation.
• Excellent communication – both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe).
• A team player with a can-do attitude!
Hours are full time, 40 per week Monday to Friday with the odd evening and weekend.
