• Building strong relationships with guests to understand their needs and personalise their stay
• Liaising effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handling guest queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, sales, customer service, or administration (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong IT skills and confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office (training provided)
• Flexibility to work weekends and shifts within operating hours

Key Skills:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Sales confidence and upselling ability
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to use initiative and think quickly under pressure
• Team-focused with a positive and supportive attitude

• Learning and internal career progression opportunities
• A permanent contract with 28 days holiday per year (29 after 1 year)
• Long service scheme, enjoy a free stay at Bedruthan after your first year
