We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Luxury Sales Manager to join our Sales team at ME London. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for driving B2B business across MICE, Corporate, High-End Leisure, and Luxury segments. You’ll build and manage strong relationships with key partners and accounts, contributing to the hotel’s commercial success while embodying our bold and contemporary brand.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute strategic sales plans in line with the hotel’s Business Plan

  • Manage and grow luxury and high-end accounts across various segments

  • Work closely with the Reservations & Events teams to secure group and individual bookings

  • Represent ME London at industry events, trade shows, and fam trips

  • Collaborate with global travel networks (Virtuoso, Amex, Signature, etc.)

  • Support pre-opening activities and commercial action plans when needed

  • Leverage digital tools (Salesforce, Opera Cloud, MeliaPro TravelLabs) to maximise efficiency


Key Skills & Abilities:

  • Think strategically, using financial and statistical data to guide decisions

  • Delegate effectively and engage the team in achieving goals

  • Communicate clearly and assertively with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships

  • Support the Sales Director in department management

  • Maintain a positive attitude that inspires and motivates others

  • Openness to Change: Adapt quickly, work across different functions, and collaborate with diverse teams

  • Achievement Orientation: Strive to exceed targets and continuously improve performance

  • Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities and act to address challenges

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality

  • Strong background in B2B sales within the MICE, Corporate and Leisure markets

  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

  • Confident using Salesforce, Opera Cloud, and MS Office

  • Willingness to travel and work across our London properties when needed
