OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive role is to assist the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Sales Manager in management of all proactive sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration and management of the sales team. Working closely with the hotel’s sales leaders, the role will focus on driving revenue through strategic proactive sales and meaningful client relationships across key segments. Responding to and converting enquiries through the various platforms, emails and calls, this role is pivotal in the Sales and hotel’s success.

 EXPECTATIONS

The Sales Executive is expected to:

  • Always maintain a consistently professional demeanor.
  • Represent NoMad London positively in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Always adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Health & Safety policies, HR guidelines and compliance trainings.
  • Effectively manage workload and responsibilities with efficiency.
  • Foster clear and effective communication within the team, across departments and between both hotels and management.
  • Champion our company values and foster a positive and collaborative approach across all departments. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the Sales Executive are summarised below, the list is not exhaustive:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive and innovative sales efforts
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events and market research
  • Respond in a timely manner to internal and external sales emails or requests and help as needed
  • Develop and deliver sales strategies that support hotel revenue goals
  • Analyse and review market trends and competitor analysis and together with the sales leaders, implement programmes to remain ahead of the curve
  • Conduct site inspections and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the hotel’s unique offerings
  • Ensure sales activity is tracked and CRM systems are up-to-date
  • Support the DOSM in sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
