The Position
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive PR & Communications Executive to work alongside the Sales & Marketing team to implement effective brand communication, positioning Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa as a luxury destination hotel and spa. You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of public relations activity including driving coverage in local, regional and national media, maintaining relationships with journalists, local tourism authorities, DMO’s and Pride of Britain Hotels. The role will include securing press trips and influencer visits and monitoring coverage as a result.
Working 16-20 hours per week across 2-3 days. This is a hybrid role working 1 day a week (Friday) on-site at Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa, Newmarket. There will also be a requirement to be flexible to attend onsite meetings on your work from home days.
The role may involve the occasional weekend and evening work to host press/influencers.
