Job Description:
As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, increasing brand awareness, and developing innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with the hotel and venue teams to maximize sales opportunities and ensure our marketing efforts align with our brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate clients, event planners, and group bookings.
Identify, target and convert new business opportunities, including partnerships and sponsorships.
Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to generate repeat business.
Oversee the sales process for private functions, group reservations, and promotional events.
Track and analyse sales performance, setting goals and KPIs to drive revenue growth.
Marketing & Brand Management:
Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage social media accounts, website content, and online advertising to drive engagement.
Develop promotional strategies for events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Work with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Event Planning & Promotion:
Collaborate with the events team to market and sell private and corporate events.
Develop promotional strategies for live music at Buskers Bar and sports events at Buskers On The Ball.
Build relationships with influencers, media, and industry partners to enhance event visibility.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role within the hospitality, events, or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and brand development.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
