Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team in it's unique four star hotel. 

To ensure In this role, you will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager and play a key part in enhancing the guest experience and promoting the hotel’s offerings. Ensuring every guest receives a warm, memorable, and personalized welcome, setting the tone for an exceptional stay at Temple Bar Hotel. Anticipating guest needs and ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Completing administrative tasks accurately and within specified deadlines. Upholding the security and safety of the hotel and its guests, particularly during overnight shifts.

 A  Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for:  

  • Drive sales, marketing, and event activity, identifying new leads and nurturing existing partnerships.
  • Plan, organise, and execute campaigns to meet and exceed targets.

  • Deliver best-in-class customer care, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

  • Oversee social media channels, creating engaging content and managing brand presence across platforms.

  • Develop and distribute marketing materials — from leaflets and posters to digital newsletters.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Manage and grow our client database for targeted campaigns and loyalty initiatives.

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.

  • Evaluate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to maximise ROI.

  • Build relationships with key partners including DMCs, corporate clients, and event bookers.

  • Support food & beverage promotions to drive footfall and revenue.

  • Review and enhance our online presence across booking platforms and third-party sites.

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

To be successful in the role of  Sales & Marketing Executive we require:
 
  • A passion for sales, marketing, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, or event coordination is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is desirable.

  • A flexible approach, with availability to support events and hotel operations as required.
