We’re now looking for a Head of Corporate Sales to join our business as an integral part of delivering our Sales strategy. This is a crucial and high-profile role for our business and will see you work closely with the Sales Director, Head of Membership and in-club Sales Managers.

You will be responsible for establishing our corporate portfolio, implementation of processes and introducing new ways of working with external partners. Using knowledge of the London corporate markets, strong networking skills and keen focus on strategy, you will lead on our corporate strategy for the business. Working with the in-club Sales teams and stakeholders across the wider business to develop new processes and procedures to support the success of our Sales teams.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for duties including:

  • Work with the Sales Director and Head of Membership to establish process and control over our corporate portfolio.
  • Act as business partner for the major stakeholders to assess and prioritise incoming requests for corporate membership.
  • Establish standards, new ways of working and process for the corporate admin team and club sales teams.
  • Increase business opportunities through existing routes to market while also identifying new channels to drive membership sales.
  • Seek out and lead all partnerships with appropriate third parties, such as benefit companies, PMI businesses and wellness portals.
  • Manage all negotiations, renewal agreements and new contracts for our corporate clients.
  • Launch a new corporate sales strategy to the whole business that is clearly understood and gain buy-in from the club General Managers.

With a strong commercial background, the successful candidate will have a proven track record within a subscription & customer membership-based business. A self-starter, with a successful history in B2B sales and the ability to build strong working relationships, you’ll be the expert on all our Corporate propositions.

About you

  • Relevant business to business sales experience, with 5+ years’ experience in a senior managerial role, ideally in a fitness industry environment.
  • Experience in account management and retention programmes.
  • Good knowledge of sales management methodologies.
  • Understanding of health and wellness.
  • Experience with customer membership and subscription businesses.
  • Evidence of managing projects.
  • Exceptional people / stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
