Salt Yard
The Salt Yard family was born out of founders Sanja Moll and Simon Mullins’ experiences and love of eating and drinking throughout Spain and Italy.<br><br>A bar stool in Seville for a glass of cold sherry and a plate of glisteningly fresh squid; a trattoria in Bologna for a shared dish of oozing pumpkin tortellini with sage butter; a board of cheeses with honey and a large glass of Barolo in Milan; a long trawl around the windy streets of San Sebastian for sautéed wild mushrooms at one place and crispy morcilla croquetas at another, with a Txakolí or two along the way. Their aim was to transfer all these experiences to the streets of London whilst adding in a generous splash of warm hospitality.
