Like the idea of joining the Saltrock family? We are looking for a Stockroom assistant on a 24 hour contract to come aboard and join the next part of our adventure!

The Atlantic Ocean, North Devon Coast and salty air. For over 30 years, Saltrock; a British, coastal, lifestyle brand, has had holiday, family, spirt and fun at its heart. Our inspiration flows from land and sea, waves and coastline. Designed in the South West since 1988 we have grown into a loved Devon brand known for its iconic print designs.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers delivering an excellent experience for them whilst they are in store.

Role

As a Stockroom Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our team by ensuring smooth and efficient stockroom operations. Your efforts will help drive the success of our brand, making a positive impact on our customers' experience! 

We're looking for someone who's adaptable, proactive, and enjoys the process of stock management. You'll help maintain an organised and streamlined stockroom, which in turn supports faster, more efficient service on our shopfloor. 

Your responsibilities will include conducting weekly inventory counts to keep stock levels accurate, organising and maintaining the stockroom for easy access to products, verifying incoming deliveries for quality and accuracy, and assisting with restocking items on the s shop floor. 

Together, we'll work to make every aspect of our store run seamlessly and create an exceptional experience for our customers.

  • Awareness of stock control, monitoring stock levels and previous stock experience including end-to-end management of deliveries, replenishment and stock takes
  • Recognition of the importance of strong visual merchandising
