Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager
SALARY: £16.50 per hour
LOCATION: Berwick Street, Soho London
OPPORTUNITY: An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to join the opening team of a new Australian Sushi QSR.

Who we are looking for:
Strong Japanese culinary experience preferred
At least 2 years management experience in high volume casual dining or QSR site
A reliable and energetic leader
Someone who can manage a team with empathy, fairness, and genuine care
A chef with focus and passion for their craft
Role and Responsibilities:
Leading daily kitchen operations with meticulous attention to detail
Maintain a 5* food hygiene environment at all times, with no compromises.
Supervise, coach, and develop junior kitchen team members.
Monitor labour costs and support efficient roster management.
Support counter service and customer enquiries when required.
