Assistant General Manager

SALARY: £35,000 - £37,500 per annum (DOE)

HOURS: Full-time | 42-hour contract

LOCATION: Berwick Street, Soho London

OPPORTUNITY: NEW OPENING. An exciting opportunity for an Assistant General Manager to join the opening team of a new Australian Sushi QSR. This role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership, with progression into the General Manager role as part of a short term succession plan.

Who we are looking for: 

Lead Service

• Previous experience in high-volume casual dining or QSR, with a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and maintaining 5-star standards at all times.

• Join an exciting new brand at the ground floor and lead by example to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.

• Ensure every shift runs smoothly, safely, and to Saltwater standards.

Develop the Team

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best.

• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

Drive Operations


• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations, rostering, inventory, food safety, and compliance.
• Help achieve labour, stock, and cost targets while maximising sales and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
