Bartender Job Add

We are looking for Bartenders who are passionate about drinks and hospitality. As a Bartender you should be able to maintain a high standard of service and work behind the bar efficiently. Bartenders should also be able to provide help on the floor when needed and have great service skills.

Traits and Skills Required

- Outgoing Personality                                               - Knowledge of all drink categories incl. coffees

- Chatty, Friendly, Smiley                                          - Be able or to prioritise and multitask proactively

- Immaculate Presentation                                      - Be able to work with minimum supervision

Main Responsibilities

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests seated at the bar and restaurant. This includes preparing drinks orders promptly, ensuring a high standard of service, and demonstrating strong beverage knowledge to assist with customer inquiries. You will also handle the restocking of bar supplies and rotate stock as needed.

In addition to taking and serving orders accurately, you will present menus, explain specials, and provide information on allergens and promotions. You will ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Upselling additional items, such as snacks, sides, and beverages, will also be part of your responsibilities.

You will handle payments efficiently, assist with opening and closing duties, and ensure the bar area is set up and broken down properly. You’ll also complete daily checklists and support the team during busy shifts by taking on extra tasks as required.
