You will be responsible for the cleanliness and compliance of your station following all the necessary health and safety regulations. Regularly checking and maintaining kitchen equipment, monitoring dish quality, and adjusting as necessary will be part of your duties.
You will assist in inventory management, report shortages, minimize waste, and participate in monthly stock counts. Coordination with other chefs is essential for smooth service, and you will contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specials. Additionally, you will handle dietary requests and strictly follow allergens policies to ensure guest safety.
Finally, you will attend kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes and operational improvements, while completing required daily checklists and temperature monitoring forms to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
