Sam's Waterside Brentford - Critically acclaimed Modern British Restaurant & Bar, a new restaurant opened by Sam Harrison & Fanny Stocker in the new exciting development area in Brentford. We are looking for a vibrant, experienced Full-time Host to join the team at our new site.

The Brentford Project is an exciting waterfront development with over 800 homes along with shops and restaurants. Sam's Waterside restaurant & bar overlooks the river Brent and features a large bar, and riverside terrace.  

Reception experience in busy restaurants is essential, as well as knowledge of SevenRooms.

We host 100-150 guests per service which increases during the summer months due to the riverside location and our beautiful terrace. As Front of House you will have exceptional customer service skills. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in a fast paced restaurant with a focused team.

You will need to demonstrate a stable background working in a busy, high end restaurant and or bar. Passion & enthusiasm is essential.
