As a Chef Tournant at Sam’s Waterside, and Sam's Kitchen’s (Genuine Restaurants) you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our kitchens across several sites. This role is perfect for a versatile and skilled chef with a passion for working in different kitchen environments.

You’ll have the opportunity to move between our various brands, Sam’s Waterside, Brentford, Sam’s Kitchen Chiswick, and Sam’s Kitchen Hammersmith. We offer a fresh challenge each day while ensuring that every dish maintains the high standards our customers expect.

You will work closely with group Head Chef Abbie, Sous Chefs, and kitchen teams, providing support, stepping in where necessary, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly across our multiple locations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing food preparation, assisting in menu development, and ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Versatile Kitchen Support: Work across different Locations, across Hammersmith, Chiswick and Brentford with Genuine Restaurants, stepping in as needed to support each restaurant’s culinary team. You’ll cover various stations and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently.
• Food Preparation & Cooking: Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the highest standards, maintaining consistency across all sites.
• Quality Control: Maintain the quality and taste of food across different brands, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside Head Chef Abbie, and Sous Chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations, training junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Menu Development & Innovation: Contribute to menu changes and seasonal updates, bringing fresh ideas while maintaining the integrity of each brand.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory across multiple sites.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all kitchens adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations always.
• Flexibility & Problem Solving: Adapt to different kitchen environments and problem-solve any operational challenges that arise.
