Sam's Waterside Brentford is our critically acclaimed Modern British Restaurant & Bar opened in 2023 at a new exciting development in Brentford.

The Brentford Project is an exciting waterfront development with over 800 homes along with shops and restaurants. Sam's Waterside restaurant & bar overlooks the river Brent with a large outside terrace.

Our Modern British menus focus on the very best seasonal produce, sourced locally and from around the UK. The kitchen is passionate about working with our small artisan suppliers, from meat, fish and seafood to fruit and vegetables.

The wines have also all been handpicked by Sam, and many are from wineries that Sam has visited and struck up personal friendships. 

Reception experience in busy restaurants is essential, as well as knowledge of SevenRooms or similar booking systems.

You will need to demonstrate a stable background working in a busy, high end restaurant and or bar. Passion & enthusiasm is essential.
