Description
Introducing a new role to San Carlo, we are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join our marvellous People team. 

The Recruitment Advisor is a key role, You will provide strong candidate focus and support with the co-ordination of the recruitment and selection including effective recruitment & Onboarding. 

What will you be doing? 
Just some of the talent's you will bring to the team include 

Sourcing and screening exceptional talent, Unearth great candidates using job boards, professional networks, and referrals.

Review CVs, interview candidates, and evaluate their suitability for a range of opportunities across our company. 

Work with hiring managers to fully understand the role and candidate requirements, and take responsibility for advertising new roles; from writing and improving job descriptions and adverts, working with external job boards and recruitment tools.


Working with the wider people team you will help co-ordinate HR paperwork / systems that underpins our policies and procedures including processing timely starter information and assisting with correspondence that underpins all other HR policies / procedures.
