Our story:
The Distefano family, spanning two generations, started San Carlo over 30 years ago and has seen it grow to twenty-five authentic Italian restaurants across the UK – from Covent Garden, Piccadilly and Knightsbridge in London to Bristol, Leicester, Liverpool, Leeds, Cheshire and Manchester, with a growing number overseas – including Kuwait, Bangkok, Dubai and Miami, with additional restaurant openings planned as San Carlo continues to expand globally.

We are looking
for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR team. As a HR Assistant with San Carlo, you’re not just joining an award-winning People
team, you're becoming part of something special.
Working closely
with our HR Advisors, you will play a vital role in supporting our colleagues
and managers, helping to ensure our people processes run smoothly and
efficiently across the business.
You will help
us support and encourage our colleagues throughout their journey with us. With
us, you will learn, grow, embrace the ART of San Carlo and put your own stamp
on it.
