Working alongside our talented senior chefs, you’ll bring passion, skill, and artistry to every dish, helping to uphold Roka’s renowned standards of excellence. You’ll play an important role in the smooth running of the sushi section, preparing and presenting dishes that inspire and delight our guests with every bite.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the senior chefs in running the sushi section, maintaining flexibility, teamwork, and efficient use of resources
• Prepare and organize your section for service, showcasing Roka’s signature creativity, flair, and commitment to excellence
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards, consistently meeting Roka’s culinary expectations
• Assist with food ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management to minimize waste and maintain freshness
• Maintain strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times, following correct storage and handling procedures
• Contribute to the training and development of junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
