Debut Restaurant from Chef PJ Calapa, Scampi is a Southern Italian Restaurant located in Flatiron. Candidates should have at least two years of NYC experience. We seek genuine professionals that are committed to excellence and have worked in a high volume, fast paced environment. This is a full time position, must have open availability including weekend and holidays.
