Scarpetta Restaurant, LDV Hospitality's modern, seasonal Italian spot in the Flatiron District, seeks experienced Bussers to join our team! The ideal candidate has upscale New York restaurant experience.

• have the ability to work flexible hours and weekends?
• can push/pull a max of 50lbs and lift/carry 50lbs?
• able to stand/walk for more than 8 hours long?
• have at least one (1) year of busser experience?
Summary of Position: A Busser is responsible for setting and preparing all tables for new guests, and clearing the tables throughout the dining experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Clear and reset tables throughout the restaurant
• Oversee table maintenance and coordinate service with server and food runner
• Act as support to servers, when possible
• Keep all service and table areas clean and organized
• Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all guests
• Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Perform other related activities as assigned by management
