Scarpetta Restaurant, LDV Hospitality's modern, seasonal Italian spot in the Flatiron District, seeks Full Time PM Hosts to join our team! The ideal candidate is positive, professional, and has upscale New York restaurant experience. Applicants must have weekend and holiday availability.

Summary of Position: The Host is responsible for seating as many guests as possible in the restaurant, maintaining hospitable and friendly interactions with all guests, and ensuring that the dining room, entryway, host stand, and menus are kept clean throughout shift, among other position responsibilities as dictated by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Deliver timely and courteous service to LDV Hospitality guests in adherence to our company policies and procedures.
• Maintain friendly, helpful and positive attitude at all times.
• Strong customer service background.
• Ability to have an outgoing, friendly disposition for guest relations.
• Adherence to company, state, and county sanitation standards.
• Strict adherence to posted schedule and clock in/out at times.
• Attendance to company meetings and training seminars as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (host stand).
• Adherence to company uniform and grooming policies.
• Perform other related activities as assigned.
