Baiocco is hiring for a Bakery Production Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with deliveries and receiving goods
- Managing stock rotation and storage (FIFO)
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Packaging bakery ,pastry and ice cream products
- Supporting food preparation when needed
- Following all health, safety, and food handling standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
- A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and learn directly from an experienced pastry chefs, with strong potential for growth within the team.
