Here’s What You’ll Need to Have
· Driver’s License and proof of insurance
· Reliable personal transportation
· 21 years of age
· Experience working in quick service restaurants
· At least 3 years of experience managing restaurant team members
· High School Diploma or GED
· Ability to work a flexible schedule on a full-time basis, including weekends
Here’s What It’d Be Nice for You to Have
· Valid ServSafe Food Handler Certification
· 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager
· Bachelor’s degree
· Sales building and marketing experience
· Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking)
Here Are Some of the Most Important Things You’ll Be Doing
· Ensures operational excellence of his/her designated restaurant.
· Takes ownership of guest relations and satisfactory outcomes of his/her designated restaurant.
· Implements and sustains operational initiatives and goals.
· Increases sales and operating profit and sets short/long-term plans to help meet those goals through local marketing and other internal opportunities.
· Fosters a safe and respectful team member experience and work environment.
· Supervises, assigns, and delegates task(s) appropriately to management and hourly team members.
· Ensures compliance with all employment policies, including those in team member handbook.
· Recruits, hires, and trains the restaurant team members following internal training specifications for each job position.
· Provides ongoing leadership and development to immediate management staff which may include but is not limited to, profit and loss statement accountabilities; food and labor costs; safety and sanitation; inventory management and control.
· Acts as a community representative and brand goodwill ambassador.
· Uses performance management tools and processes to ensure all team member performance appraisals are completed, with appropriate coaching, correction and counseling.
· Ensures that all state and federal safety guidelines are being followed.
· Ensures all appropriate sanitation guidelines are being followed.
· Ensures regular repairs and maintenance of the restaurant are performed in a timely manner.
· Handles the administrative tasks in daily operations which may include but are not limited to, the hiring and termination processes, invoicing, payroll, and cash handling.
· Performs regular line checks to maintain all product quality and operational standards are met.
· Takes responsibility for all cost and food inventories.
· Maintains appropriate safe food handlers permits for him/herself as well as the restaurant team members.
