About the Role
You will support the delivery of insight-led marketing that drives bookings, builds brand affinity, and improves customer experience across all digital touchpoints. You will take ownership of key channels including email, CRM, and website, and contribute to campaigns that support commercial performance and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
Email & CRM
· Execute the email marketing calendar to drive bookings, repeat visits, and engagement
· Build and optimise automated lifecycle journeys from enquiry through to re-engagement
· Manage CRM segmentation to ensure relevant and targeted communications
· Track and report on performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and revenue contribution
· Use data to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and customer value
Website & Digital Performance
· Manage and update website content via CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency
· Improve SEO and on-site journeys to increase organic traffic and conversion
· Monitor performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
· Identify and act on opportunities to improve site performance and reduce drop-off
Campaign & Content Support
· Support delivery of integrated campaigns aligned to seasonal and commercial priorities
· Collaborate on the production of creative assets for paid, social, and onsite channels
· Ensure consistency of brand, tone of voice, and messaging across all outputs
· Support marketing for partnerships, events, and community initiatives
What Success Looks Like
· Email activity contributes measurable revenue growth and improved engagement
· Website performance improves across traffic, user journey, and conversion
· Campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with commercial priorities
· Brand execution is consistent and high quality across all channels
About You
· Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing role or relevant training
· Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Can-do attitude, open minded, growth mindset
· Comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions
· Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
· Confident using digital tools including email systems and CMS
· Takes ownership and follows through on delivery
· Proactive and looks for ways to improve performance
· Interest in outdoor lifestyle, wellbeing, or purpose-led brands
Qualifications
· Minimum 1 to 2 years Marketing experience or relevant qualification
· Experience with email platforms and CRM systems
· Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools is beneficial
