Role: Turndown Housekeeper
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham
Resort information: https://www.seaham-hall.co.uk/
Salary: £11.44 per hour plus a share of monthly service charge
Hours: 5 days out of 7, working from 5pm to 10pm including weekends & bank holidays. Guaranteed 25hrs a week. 
Relationships: General Manager, Housekeeping team

Due to expansion in the hotel, we are looking to recruit a Turndown Housekeeper to join our vibrant team in providing quality cleaning standards for our guest's accommodation and the hotel's facilities. The Turndown Housekeeper will be responsible for refreshing guests’ bedrooms on an evening and refreshing public areas throughout the hotel and spa.

The ideal candidate

  • Previous Housekeeping experience is desired
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
  • Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
  • Be a team player as well as an individual worker
  • To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
  • Must have transport
