Salary: £15,238.08 per year, plus a share of service charge, approx. £2k annually for full time
Hours: 24 hours a week – varying shifts to include weekends and bank holidays, start times between 8am and 12noon

Relationships: General Manager, House Manager, Operations Manager, Reception team

We are seeking to appoint a part time Porter to join our vibrant Front of House team in providing quality customer care for our guests.

** Due to insurance the applicant must be over the age of 25 and hold a full driving license **

The ideal candidate

• Previous hospitality experience required in a face to face role - minimum x1 year
• Due to car insurance purposes, the successful candidate must be over the age of 25 to valet park cars
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered 
• Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner 
• Be a team player as well as an individual worker, being comfortable with lone-working and shift-based rota work
• Full training will be provided across both roles
• To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times 
• Must have transport due to location
• Fluent and clear spoken English with good written English and an excellent telephone manner
