As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth operations across reception and reservations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, award-winning team dedicated to delivering five-star experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year experience in a customer-facing role.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office. Prior knowledge of PMS software is a plus but not required—full training provided.
• Professional, well-presented, and comfortable interacting with guests and team members at all levels.
• Collaborative yet capable of working independently.
• Reliable transport to accommodate shift timings.
