Role: Spa Receptionist   
Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: £11 per hour plus a share of service charge (subject to increase April 2023)
Hours: 40 hours (Full-Time), including weekends & bank holidays. 
Relationships: General Manager, Spa Team, Reception Team

Objective:

As a Spa Receptionist you are responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer care and attention to all guests.  You must adhere to assisting, maintaining and improving all aspects of the spa operations under the guidance of the Spa Management Team and make a valuable contribution to creating a special environment with immense attention to detail for all guests.  You must contribute to building and promoting the business at all opportunities whilst maintaining a professional and customer focused attitude at all times. You will have a vital responsibility to assist and communicate effectively with other core members of the spa team whilst maintaining a strong team ethic throughout. 

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills – enhancing guest experience
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns and high punctuality.
  • A passion for people and good team ethic
  • Possess a high standard of interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A high standard of personal appearance and presentation is essential at all times, reflecting the brand.
