Role: Membership Executive

Salary: £26,000 per annum plus a share of service charge approx 2k annually and exciting bonus structure
Hours: 40 hours (Full-Time), including evenings, weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: General Manager, Spa Management Team, Spa Team

As one of the North Easts 5 red star hotels we are recruiting for a Membership Executive  who will be the face and sole point of contact of membership at Seaham Hall.  The ideal candidate will deliver strong membership retention as well as convert new membership prospects in line with targets.  To act as main point of contact for all membership enquiries, creating a sense of membership community across the Serenity Spa.
